If a candidate is found to have used unfair means or engaged in malpractice during, before, or after the examination, they will be considered to have committed an Unfair Means (UFM) case. The candidate will be debarred from appearing in the examination for a period of 3 years. Additionally, they may also face criminal action and/or any other action deemed fit by the authorities.
