All disputes related to the conduct of AISSEE-2024 Examination, including results, fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Any legal question arising from the examination can be addressed only if raised within 30 days from the declaration of the result. The Director (Administration) of the NTA is the designated official who can be sued or by whom the NTA may sue.
