For admission to Class IX in Sainik Schools, a candidate should be between 13 and 15 years of age as of 31st March 2024. This means the candidate should have been born between 1st April 2008 and 31st March 2010 (both days inclusive) for admission to the academic year 2024-25. Admission to Class IX is not open for girls.
