The steps to apply online are as follows:

  1. Step 1: Register online using a unique Email ID and Mobile Number.
  2. Step 2: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application Number. Upload the required documents as specified, including scanned images of the candidate's photograph, signature, thumb impression, Date of Birth Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Caste/Community/Category Certificate (if applicable), Certificate of service (for Defence category-serving) and PPO for Ex-servicemen (if applicable), and Certificate from the Principal certifying the applicant's current study in an approved New Sainik School (applicable only for those studying in approved New Sainik Schools).
  3. Step 3: Pay the fee using SBI/ICICI Bank Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI and keep proof of fee paid. Download, save, and print copies of the confirmation page after successful fee remittance.
