  4. What actions are considered malpractices in relation to answer sheets?

Actions such as taking away the answer sheet out of the examination hall/room, smuggling out the answer sheet or part thereof, erasing or obliterating information printed on the OMR answer sheet, providing incorrect information on the answer sheet, or manipulating the responses in the OMR sheet are considered malpractices.
